About The Jenesis House The Jenesis House is a luxury wellness estate in Sedona offering immersive, curated guest experiences. We are not a traditional hotel — we are a private estate where hospitality, wellness, intentional living, and elevated service come together to create meaningful stays for our guests. We are seeking a House Host — a grounded, organized, hospitality-driven individual who thrives in a boutique luxury environment and enjoys creating calm, seamless, and elevated guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is warm, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Position Overview As the House Host, you will be one of the central on-property team members responsible for ensuring the estate runs smoothly while delivering exceptional hospitality to guests throughout their stay. You will help oversee guest experience flow, property presentation, communication, meal service support, itinerary coordination, and day-to-day operational support. Core ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Hospitality Greet and check in guests upon arrival Provide estate tours and property orientation Review guest itineraries and scheduled experiences Serve as a primary on-site point of contact for guests Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns proactively Maintain elevated, luxury-level hospitality standards throughout the property Assist in creating a calm, welcoming, and personalized environment Property Oversight Ensure suites and common spaces are guest-ready Conduct room quality checks prior to arrivals Coordinate with housekeeping teams Monitor property cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the day Report maintenance needs or operational concerns immediately Help maintain overall aesthetic and guest experience standards Hospitality & Dining Support Assist with meal service and guest dining experiences when needed Help set tables and maintain presentation standards Reset dining and gathering spaces after service Support smooth breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea service flow Coordinate guest beverage and hospitality setups Operations Support Coordinate daily schedules with internal teams and wellness providers Ensure all booked guest experiences and services are properly scheduled Assist with retreat, event, and experience setup/breakdown Monitor guest inventory and hospitality supplies Help support overall daily property operations and logistics Ideal Candidate You are: A natural host with a warm and calming presence Highly organized and proactive Professional, polished, and service-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment Hands-on and detail-oriented Calm under pressure Passionate about luxury hospitality and wellness environments A strong communicator who enjoys caring for people Preferred Experience Luxury hospitality Boutique hotels or retreats Airbnb or short-term rental hosting Concierge or guest relations Wellness or hospitality environments Event or retreat support experience Work Environment Fast-paced luxury hospitality environment In-person role based in Sedona, Arizona Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays as needed To Apply Please submit: Resume Short introduction about yourself Relevant hospitality or hosting experience Why you would be a great fit for The Jenesis House We are looking for someone who values hospitality deeply and takes pride in creating thoughtful, elevated guest experiences from beginning to end.
