The FOH Supervisor plays a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while supporting daily shop operations and team performance. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting the FOH team during shifts Providing warm, engaging, and efficient service to every guest Coaching team members on service standards, product knowledge, and workflow Overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing procedures Maintaining inventory levels and supporting restocking efforts Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and brand standards are upheld at all times Assisting with training new hires and reinforcing company expectations Communicating effectively with management regarding shop performance and opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior leadership or supervisory experience in food service or retail Strong passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and team-building skills
