Job Description

Specialized Truck Equipment - Opportunity with advancement possibilities. We are a manufacturer of -quality construction equipment seeking to fill a front office position. Specialized Truck Equipment offers custom design and manufacturing to a wide range of industries and end users. We are a build-to-specification and fabrication facility of heavy equipment specializing in dump bodies and heavy equipment trailers. In addition to manufacturing, we also offer sandblasting and painting of industrial and construction equipment, including cab and chassis. This open role as lead in assisting management will consist of knowledge in Quick Books Desktop (Enterprise preferred), maintaining marketing and website information, ordering, project oversite, solid relations throughout the company to enforce office policies ensuring smooth efficient operations. Some relevant experience is expected and Specialized Trucks will provide needed training to the right candidate. New hire will successfully complete a pre-employment on-site assessment specific to the position applied for. Qualified individuals will have opportunities for advancement to Lead Management positions. We seek detail-oriented candidates who value teamwork, possess mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills, and can read schematics. Some CAD skills would be beneficial. Candidate must have a daily proactive approach. Very important for the individual to have the ability to grow into a Strong leader with excellent communication skills to effectively manage and motivate co-workers. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during operations. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to changing project requirements. Looking for those that have the drive and potential to learn to consistently meet and exceed company standards manufacturing superior construction equipment aiming to be an industrial leader.
Role Overview:
Transactions :
Manage AP/AR and intercompany transactions
Manufacturing:
Support:
Create purchase orders, invoices, and assist in managing inventory.
Management:
Develop and enforce office policies to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Bookkeeping:
Produce job profitability reports/job margins by collecting, analyzing and summarizing project/job information.
Software :
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, Excel, Word and other sources of software for Marketing. Requires a blend of administrative oversight and QuickBooks proficiency to manage daily operations AP/AR, and inventory tracking in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include job profitability reports, production scheduling support, and office organization. If you are looking for a career, not just employment, please apply!
