Duties Prepare and cook a variety of fried foods according to established recipes and standards Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are strictly followed to maintain hygiene and quality. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including fryers, utensils, and work stations Monitor food temperatures during cooking to ensure optimal taste and safety Collaborate with team members to deliver timely service during busy periods Support food presentation efforts to ensure visually appealing plates that delight guests Requirements Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
