Who we are- We are an up and coming cafe on-site of a nursery - Check out our website Growildnm.com & sierravistagrowersnm.com before applying. •We do cafe 9-3 Wednesday- Sunday and Events 7 days a week (nights too) •Must love the grind and be a self-starter Communication is required and bilingual is a plus. Responsibilities Properly measure and follow recipes is required. Detail orientated is a must and Bilingual is a plus. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks to ensure quick service during busy hours. Support the team in maintaining a tidy café environment, restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Skills Proven experience as a barista with strong coffee-making skills and knowledge of café operations. Familiarity with POS system Clover Great teamwork Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail or food industry environment.
