Ft Fill-in Cleaner

Position:

Fill-In Commercial Cleaner | Typical shift will be 4:30pm until midnight. Could be later as business needs arise, ( 36-40 hours a week) This is a full time position that will require the ability to learn multiple sites, to fill-in at a site, then travel to other sites in our area.. Compensation:

$17.00/hour, paid weekly Earn up to an additional $1 per hour with our weekly performance-based bonus! Access to a 401(k) with employer contributions Health, Dental, Vision, and Ancillary Insurance Options Paid Time Off (PTO) accruing Day 1. Available for use after 90 days. Compensation for personal vehicle usage to travel between sites.

What You'll Do:

As a Commercial Cleaner, you'll ensure our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming.

Key responsibilities include:

Following a customized cleaning checklist tailored to each client's needs. Performing tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and hand-scrubbing floors. Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, break rooms, kitchenettes, and common areas. Restocking supplies and emptying trash/recycling bins. Wiping down walls, woodwork, baseboards, and more. Qualifications:

Previous cleaning or service experience is a plus but not required—we provide training! Must pass a background check and drug screening. Fluent in English for effective communication with teammates, clients, and management. Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 20 lbs., and performing repetitive tasks. Reliable transportation to drive between different job sites.
