United Pool Management is seeking enthusiastic, safety-minded Lifeguards to join our fast-growing, fun-loving team. You'll help keep our pools safe, spark smiles, and create memories for all who visit. What You'll Do Keep an eagle eye on swimmers and maintain a safe pool environment Enforce pool rules with a friendly, professional approach Respond to emergencies with CPR, First Aid, and heroic flair Perform routine pool and deck maintenance and water quality checks Help patrons with questions, directions, or a warm smile Participate in training sessions to stay sharp and confident Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, documenting actions taken. What We're Looking For Current Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain/renew all necessary certifications by May 21st, 2026 Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues Friendly, communicative, and guest-focused attitude Ability to work flexible hours including weekends & holidays Bonus points: previous experience in guest services or basic pool maintenance Ability to lift heavy objects as required for pool maintenance tasks.
