ABOUT THE POSITION

The Fuel Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily fuel deliveries by working closely with drivers, sales, and customers to ensure efficient, timely, and safe operations. Schedule and coordinate daily fuel deliveries Assign loads to drivers and third-party haulers Plan deliveries based on inventory levels and customer demand Communicate with drivers, sales, and customers to ensure smooth operations Monitor inventory and prioritize delivery needs Optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation Resolve delivery-related issues in a timely and professional manner Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies Promote a strong safety culture Perform other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Associate's degree or related experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math and problem-solving skills Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings or weekends as needed Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (50 lbs occasionally) IND1
