We're looking for a Home Improvement Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll educate homeowners, assess property needs, and offer tailored roofing and exterior solutions—while enjoying uncapped earning potential and rapid growth opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing:

Connect with

Homeowners:

Build trust and educate clients on roofing and home improvement solutions.

Assess & Recommend:

Conduct inspections and provide clear, customized recommendations.

Close Deals:

Guide customers through the process, from consultation to signed agreement.

Drive Growth:

Generate leads through networking, canvassing, and referrals.

Learn & Advance:

Participate in training and mentorship programs with a fast track to leadership roles.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-driven personality. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, field-based role.
