Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee our afternoon warehouse shift. This role is responsible for supervising order selection, inventory flow, and daily warehouse operations while ensuring all safety and company procedures are followed. This is a physically demanding position that involves repetitive lifting of cases and kegs, as well as the safe operation of warehouse equipment. Key Responsibilities Supervise afternoon warehouse operations and order selectors Participate in daily inventory meeting Check in drivers and balance load sheets Pick kegs and assist with order fulfillment as needed Replenish pick lines to ensure efficient workflow Manage breakage, returns, and palletize recyclables Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety procedures Qualifications Experience operating warehouse equipment safely Strong understanding of warehouse safety best practices Ability to lift and move heavy product consistently throughout the shift Knowledge of proper product handling and storage Familiarity with voice-pick systems and inventory hardware is a plus Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Previous warehouse or supervisory experience preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Health benefits (medical, dental, vision) after 90 days 401(k) with generous company match after one year Employee purchase discount program Generous paid time off Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding organization

Compensation & Schedule Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
