Position Overview We are seeking hardworking and dependable Warehouse Order Selectors responsible for the safe and accurate selection of beverage products for delivery. This role plays a critical part in our operations by ensuring orders are picked correctly and efficiently. This is a physically demanding position that involves repetitive lifting of cases and kegs, as well as operating warehouse equipment. While the work is rigorous, it offers a strong opportunity for long-term career growth within our organization. Key Responsibilities Safely operate warehouse equipment Accurately select and palletize customer orders Follow all safety procedures and best practices while moving product Maintain a clean and organized work environment Meet productivity and accuracy standards Qualifications Ability to lift and move heavy product consistently throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of safe product handling practices Familiarity with electronic voice-pick systems is a plus Strong work ethic and reliability Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with performance-based increases Health benefits (medical, dental, vision) after 90 days 401(k) with generous company match after one year Employee purchase discount program Opportunity for advancement within a growing company
