BOOKKEEPER / ACCOUNTANT

We're a fast-growing accounting firm entering our fourth year in business, and our team of 8 is looking to add 1-2 more rockstars to the crew. We work hard, move fast, support each other, and genuinely enjoy what we do. We're looking for someone who can jump in confidently, stay organized under pressure, and help bring order to the chaos that comes with supporting growing businesses.

What You'll Be Doing:

Full-charge bookkeeping for multiple businesses Payroll processing and payroll support Bank and credit card reconciliations Journal entries and general accounting tasks Assisting clients with day-to-day bookkeeping needs Keeping financials clean, accurate, and up to date

What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience in a multi-business environment or similar role Strong QuickBooks Desktop and/or QuickBooks Online experience Knowledge of current accounting practices Payroll experience preferred; basic payroll knowledge required Ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple priorities efficiently Someone dependable, positive, and drama-free who takes pride in their work
