Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Enforce food safety protocols and health regulations to guarantee a safe environment for staff and guests. Supervise shift management, including scheduling, cash handling, and resolving customer concerns promptly. Experience Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment is essential. Extensive knowledge of food service management, including kitchen operations and food handling procedures. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams, conducting interviews, and staff training. Background in fine dining or casual dining settings with banquet or catering experience is advantageous. Strong understanding of budgeting, inventory control, and food safety standards within the hospitality industry. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently.
