This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive brand growth through strategic planning, creative content development, and data-driven campaigns. In addition to digital marketing, this role includes direct outreach and business development marketing , focusing on promoting our venue to corporate offices, senior living communities, colleges, universities, and schools to generate group bookings, partnerships, and events. This is a hands-on position that blends creativity, strategy, and relationship building in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies including social media marketing, email marketing, content creation, and digital advertising. Lead direct marketing outreach to corporate offices, senior homes, colleges, universities, and schools to drive event bookings and partnerships. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook to maximize performance. Improve online visibility and brand awareness through SEO strategies and keyword optimization. Create engaging marketing content and coordinate visual assets with design teams. Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and improve results. Implement email marketing campaigns to generate leads and retain customers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Build and maintain relationships with business and community partners. Skills Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies including SEO, paid advertising, and social media marketing. Experience managing marketing campaigns and budgets across multiple platforms. Strong copywriting and content creation skills for different audiences. Experience with email marketing platforms. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience in B2B marketing and direct outreach to corporate and institutional clients . Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Excellent organization and project management skills.
