Full Time Apartment Property Manager

Property Manager - Oak Creek, WI We're looking for an energetic, honest, friendly Property Manager to oversee a 168 unit condo style apartment community in Oak Creek . If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and making a difference in residents' lives, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in property management. What You'll Do Handle all leasing activities: show units, qualify applicants, prepare leases & renewals Build strong resident relationships and provide excellent customer service Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and inspections Maintain accurate tenant ledgers, process rents, and balance accounts Monitor property status and ensure units are market-ready Partner with staff on maintenance needs and daily operations Represent the company professionally and uphold Fair Housing guidelines What We're Looking For Prior leasing/property management experience preferred Strong sales and closing skills Excellent organizational and communication abilities Knowledge of AppFolio a bonus! Proficiency with MS Office 365 Reliable vehicle & valid driver's license (required) Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment

9:00am-5:30pm

Friday:
