In this role, you will play a vital part in nurturing and guiding young children during their formative years. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and grow. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on children's development while working alongside passionate teachers committed to early childhood excellence. Experience is a plus but we are willing to train as well. Duties Support lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans focused on toddler development and early childhood education principles. Assist with supervising children during indoor activities, outdoor play, mealtime, nap time, and transitions to ensure safety and engagement. Foster a nurturing environment by providing emotional support, encouragement, and positive behavior management tailored to young children's needs. Help maintain a clean, organized classroom that promotes learning and safety by following health and safety protocols. Engage with children through age-appropriate activities that promote social skills, motor development, language acquisition, and curiosity. Collaborate with team members to monitor each child's progress and communicate observations to lead teachers or parents as needed. Support classroom management strategies that encourage positive interactions and respectful behavior among children. Foster a collaborative relationship with parents and caregivers.

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
