Full Time Automotive Technician

This position is for a experienced mechanic and does not involve tires or alignment. We are a super busy shop with a great reputation as we have been serving FM since 1978. With our large number of Fleet Accounts including Heartland Industries, Magnum Electric & Spaulding Stone along with our current Digital and Radio marketing campaigns targeting consumers, this position will always have vehicles to diagnose and repair. This position is for a technician wanting freedom from the drag of set hours and set income as we are open to pay hourly, commission, flat rate or a hybrid of pay types. Still not sure? What we are seeking from a new candidate is a skilled Automotive Technician with experience in both gas and light diesel engines to join our team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles for both fleet and non-fleet customers. Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on gas and light diesel vehicles (e.g., cars, trucks, SUVs). Service, repair or replace engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and other components. Use diagnostic tools and technology to identify issues accurately. Complete work orders and documentation in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
