As a key ambassador of hospitality, you will manage shop operations, assist guests with their needs, and contribute to a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back for more. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their overall experience. Manage daily shop operations, including sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory management. Assist with event management by coordinating guest participation and supporting special activities or tournaments. Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive environment. Support food service operations when needed, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards. Engage with guests of all ages, including working with children during recreational programs or events. Promote amenities and upcoming events through public speaking and friendly interactions. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail environments. Strong skills in conflict management and guest relations to handle diverse situations effectively. Experience with event management or organizing recreational activities is highly desirable. Ability to perform cash handling accurately and efficiently. Comfortable working with children and managing group activities during events or programs. Excellent communication skills for public speaking and engaging with guests confidently.

Pay:
