Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and highly skilled professional with a strong hands-on fabrication background to join our shop operations. This role is integral to our fabrication team, producing commercial casework and shop-fabricated fixtures that consistently meet the company's quality standards. This is an on-site, shop-based position focused primarily on commercial production. Cabinet-making experience is an advantage, but our primary focus is on the candidate's ability to work confidently with tools, interpret detailed specifications, and deliver precise, high-quality results with pride and consistency. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble cabinets, booths, laminated tabletops, trim and related casework Identify and proactively correct issues before products leave the shop Operate woodworking machinery and power tools safely and confidently, including routers Read and follow shop drawings and specifications Read and follow shop drawings and specifications Maintain a clean and organized workspace What We Are Looking For Reliability Follow through on commitments and production schedules Arrives on time and ready to work Takes responsibility for assigned tasks without needing constant supervision Maintains consistent attendance Hands On Skills Comfortable and experienced using woodworking power tools, including routers, table saws, miter saws, and sanders Effectively manages time to meet production deadlines while working independently and contributing collaboratively to the team environment. Demonstrates a strong command of woodworking fundamentals and material handling, with the ability to accurately read and interpret shop drawings and production specifications."
