PM Location:

Etna, PA Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support finishing operations in a manufacturing environment. This role works alongside an automated coating system to ensure parts meet quality standards by performing manual touch-ups where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect coated parts for missed areas or imperfections Use a spray gun to apply touch-up coating as needed Work within a spray booth environment alongside automated systems Ensure consistent coating quality and finish quality Follow all safety procedures and properly use provided PPE Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment Support general production tasks as needed

Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and quality control Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment Ability to follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times Previous painting, coating, or manufacturing experience preferred

Work Environment:

Industrial setting with automated coating equipment Exposure to paint/coating materials (PPE provided) Repetitive work requiring consistency and focus

Pay:

$18.00•$21.00 per hour
