Full-time Customer Service Representative

30 - year old company is seeking full time customer service representative to provide customers with information about products, pricing, and availability. Maintaining customer accounts, providing quotes, processing orders, and updating customer information. Answering customer calls, respond to customer inquiries, and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Must be able to multi-task and work in a group environment. Microsoft Word experience helpful. Attention to detail and ability to work well with others is important. Monday through Friday. Work between 8am and 5pm from our office in Smithfield.
