Full Time Med Surg / ER Registered Nurse - Up to $100K/yr!

Full-Time MedSurg / ER Registered Nurse provides patient-centered care in both medical-surgical and emergency settings at a community hospital in Imperial, NE. The role supports the healthcare team in delivering high-quality care, managing patient outcomes, and maintaining compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in MedSurg and Emergency settings Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes Respond to emergency situations quickly and effectively Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska or compact state eligibility BLS certification required within 6 months of hire ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire PALS certification required within 6 months of hire TNCC certification required within 6 months of hire Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
