Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will bring a resident-centered approach to care, a commitment to clinical excellence, and a passion for helping older adults maximize mobility, independence, and quality of life. You will play a vital role in delivering individualized treatment plans and evidence-based interventions in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with individualized care plans Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment goals Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and function Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal resident outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, patient-focused rehab environment

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current or eligible licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills Experience in senior living, outpatient, or geriatric settings preferred but not required New graduates with strong clinical rotations encouraged to apply
