Responsibilities Patrol assigned areas to deter crime, ensure public safety, and provide assistance to community members Respond promptly to emergency calls and incidents, including accidents, disturbances, and criminal activities Conduct thorough criminal investigations by gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and documenting findings Write detailed reports accurately capturing incidents, investigations, and actions taken during shifts Engage in conflict management to de-escalate tense situations effectively while maintaining safety for all parties Utilize surveillance techniques and technology to monitor suspicious activity or criminal behavior Apply first aid and CPR when necessary to provide immediate medical assistance in emergencies Enforce laws related to immigration, animal control, loss prevention, security breaches, and other relevant statutes Maintain vehicle safety through responsible driving and routine checks during patrols Handle animals safely when encountered during patrols or investigations as needed Engage with the Community Requirements
