Full Time Security Operations Coordinator

This posting is for our Security Operations Center in Rio Vista, CA. Our Security Operations Coordinator plays a vital role by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling call-outs and incident reports, and monitoring patrol check-ins and security cameras.

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour/depending on experience.

Anticipated Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Must be available to work graveyard shifts, typically 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Essential Job Functions:

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods Ability to occasionally lift items not to exceed 20 pounds. Ability to use a computer, phone, or walkie/radio.

Required Duties:

Assist in scheduling security personnel and handling call-outs to ensure full coverage. Maintain incident reports, log daily activity, and monitor security cameras for any unusual activities. Conduct regular patrol check-ins to ensure all sites are covered and secure. Serve as the point of contact for inquiries received through walkie-talkie or phone calls. Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incidents, activities, and patrols. Collaborate with security team members to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred Experience in Dispatch or Security is preferred, but not required
