What Youll DoAs a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee warehouse workflow and support day-to-day operations to ensure orders and materials are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, coach, and support warehouse team membersCommunicate job expectations and provide ongoing performance feedbackMonitor warehouse workflows to ensure operational efficiency and accuracyHelp maintain productivity, safety, and quality standardsDelegate tasks and assist with employee accountability and discipline when neededWork cross-functionally with departments such as Inventory, Purchasing, Pricing, and OperationsAssist with resolving operational issues and identifying process improvementsSupport customer service expectations by ensuring timely and accurate warehouse executionStep in and assist with warehouse duties as needed to support the team and daily operationsWhat Were Looking ForWere looking for a leader who is organized, dependable, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment.
