Role Overview:

We are seeking a polished and professional Host/Hostess. You will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring every visit begins and ends with exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Warm Reception:

Greet guests in an inviting manner.

Reservation Management:

Expertly handle bookings using platforms like Open Table to optimize table usage.

Guest Flow:

Manage waiting lists accurately during high-volume periods to set clear guest expectations.

Service Coordination:

Communicate essential guest information (anniversaries, dietary needs) to dining room staff.

Ambiance Maintenance:

Routinely check foyer and restrooms to ensure luxury brand standards of cleanliness are met.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of host experience in a casual fine dining or fine dining environment.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal communication skills and a positive attitude under pressure.

Availability:

Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Presentation:

A polished and well-groomed appearance consistent with high-end service standards.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
