Job Details:

Provides daily operations support and maintenance for RWJBH network and related information technology assets, Participate in the application of network and related IT technology assets into the enterprise, Participate in the development and implementation of automated systems for BH Corporate and Affiliate entities, Install, configure, and maintain network and related technology infrastructure environments, Work with management to define the appropriate standards, policies, procedures and technologies to facilitate the management, accountability, functionality, and security of BH technology infrastructure assets and systems, Schedule installations and upgrades and maintain them in accordance with established IS policies, procedures and SLAs, Participate in the process of testing and implementing interfaces, Participate in analysis required to define reporting requirements (e,g, Performance, Capacity, Change management), Proactively monitor system network and related infrastructure technology assets to provide stable, dependable technology asset services and provide ongoing trend analysis, Provide customer and peer training on network and related technology infrastructure toolsets, processes and procedures as required, Participate in projects, architecture and support (Technology Subject Matter Expert), Ability to be on call 24x7 on a rotating schedule is a requirement of this position,

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree preferred, Certification or equivalent may be substituted for a BA/BS degree, A minimum of three (3) years experience in information technology and services, Strong IP routing and networking protocol experience, including IPv6 experience Knowledge of enterprise grade IP networking routers (e,g,Cisco, Aruba) Excellent oral and written communications skills combined with the ability to effectively communicate technical issues 2+ years of experience with Switch Infrastructure Knowledge of routing protocols:

OSPF, BGP, MPLS

Experience in health care field helpful, but not required,
