Part-Time Position Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Fun Club Assistant to help create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children. This role supports the Recreation Activity Coordinator in delivering recreational and educational programs that encourage creativity, participation, and positive social interaction. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and leading a variety of recreational and educational activities, games, and events. Supervise children to maintain a safe and inclusive environment. Engage with participants in a positive, supportive, and encouraging manner. Help set up and clean up activity areas, ensuring proper use and care of equipment and materials. Support daily activity schedules and ensure smooth transitions between programs. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates as needed. Monitor behavior and address conflicts calmly and constructively. Provide administrative support to the Recreation Activity Coordinator as needed. Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.

• Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, or currently enrolled.

Previous experience working with children in a recreational, educational, or childcare setting preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Energetic, creative, and passionate about working with children. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Basic First Aid and CPR certification preferred. Must successfully pass a background check. Working Conditions Flexible schedule; hours may vary based on program needs. Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor recreational settings.
