Position Summary:
Provides training and technical assistance for equipment records, GCSS-Army ERPS processes, maintenance documentation, DA Form 5988-E utilization, and maintenance/supply records. Location of work is Fort Stewart, Georgia. Primary Duties Teach the GCSS-Army ERPS Records Clerk Course . Train personnel on equipment-record procedures. Support GCSS-Army maintenance record transactions. Provide DA Form 5988-E training. Support equipment-record SAVs. Assist with maintenance-record discrepancies. Support inspections involving maintenance records. Provide onsite technical assistance to maintenance clerks and ERPS personnel. Cross-train as backup for GCSS-Army Plant Maintenance. Recommended Qualifications Secret Security Clearance Minimum three years of Army maintenance-records or GCSS-Army experience Strong knowledge of ERPS functions, equipment records, maintenance documentation, and DA Form 5988-E. Hold recognized credentials such as the Army Basic Instructor Course, Foundation Instructor Facilitator Course, Cadre Training Course, or equivalent Department of Defense or TRADOC certification. Must demonstrate a minimum of three to five years of specialized experience in Army logistics doctrine, including Army Regulation 750-1, Army Regulation 710-2, Department of the Army Pamphlet 710-2-1, Department of the Army Pamphlet 710 2-2, and Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations hazardous material standards Proficiency in the following Logistics Information Systems Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-ARMY) Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) Transportation Coordinator's Automated Information for Movement System (TC-AIMS) Air Load Plans Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES) HAZMAT Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 49 Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) Microsoft Office Suite Knowledgeable in: Army Award for Maintenance Excellence. Army Oil Analysis Program Army Warranty Program Sample Data Collection Program Army Modification Program Army maintenance Floats Drivers Training Product quality deficiency and/or improvement reports Administrative storage of materiel Army tire retread program Tool improvement program National Maintenance Program Ground safety Notification System Army Corrosion Prevention and Control Program Army Battery Program Property Accountability Financial Liability Investigation Property Loss Supply Excellence Award Program (SEA) Inventory and inventory adjustments Supply Support Activity (SSA) operations Requesting and receiving supplies Property responsibility Organizational Clothing & Individual Equipment (OCIE) Management of Classes of Supply;
