Job Description As a Game Floor Attendant at Es Vedra Cinemas, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the arcade floor, assisting guests with game-related inquiries, maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of arcade machines, and contributing to a fun and enjoyable environment for all guest. Job Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with arcade games and attractions. Answer questions, explain game rules, and assist with any game-related issues. Monitor arcade machines to ensure they are in proper working order. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the arcade floor, including game machines, seating areas. Assist guests with redeeming tickets for prizes. Ensure the prize counter is well-stocked and organized. Monitor the arcade area to ensure a safe environment for all guests. Enforce safety rules and guidelines. Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned Required Skills Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing, guest focused Able to take direction and work together as a team Work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure Education & Experience High school student or graduate preferred. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times. Must be at least 16 years of age.
