Gaming Manager

The Bad River Tribe is seeking a Casino Gaming Manager to lead and oversee all gaming operations in accordance with the Bad River Gaming Ordinance . This key leadership role reports directly to the Executive Director and focuses on maximizing profitability, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily casino gaming operations with a focus on profitability and compliance. Develop and implement strategic plans using data, market trends, and forecasts. Lead and support operational efficiency, budgeting, and customer service excellence. Foster a strong culture of communication, collaboration, and employee engagement. Ensure internal controls, asset protection, and regulatory compliance. Liaise with legal entities on compliance, AML, and patron-related issues. Provide timely reports to the Gaming Commission and Tribal Council as needed.
