Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gang Hand to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting construction and maintenance operations by performing hands-on tasks that ensure safety, efficiency, and quality on-site. Your active participation will help us uphold our standards of excellence throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Assist with the assembly, disassembly, and movement of equipment and materials on site Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas and handling tools and supplies Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment Conduct routine inspections of work sites to identify hazards or issues Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding progress and any concerns Help ensure all work complies with company policies and industry regulations Qualifications Prior experience in construction, maintenance, or related manual labor roles preferred Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving project needs Basic understanding of construction tools and safety equipment is a plus Join us as a Gang Hand and be part of a team committed to building excellence through hands-on craftsmanship!

Pay:

$24.84 - $29.92 per hour
