Job Description

Assisting with planting, transplanting, weeding, mulching, and deadheading of garden beds and planters.
Recognizing and replacing damaged plants in garden beds and planters.
Potting, pruning, composting, and transportation of plants and planters.
Spraying of fertilizers and deer deterrents.
Helping to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop, including the removal of organic materials, trash and recycling.
Assisting with regular rotation of seasonal and holiday decorations.
Must be able to interact with guests as needed and answer guest questions in a positive manner.

Must be able to listen to and follow instructions
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds, bend, stretch, reach, stoop, kneel and use a step ladder.
Must be willing to drive a golf cart, pickup truck, and other large vehicles.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
To maintain the flower beds and flowerpots at all properties and keep the Resort neat and tidy.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Watering and maintaining plantings in garden beds and ornamental planters throughout the grounds of a large, family resort.Assisting with planting, transplanting, weeding, mulching, and deadheading of garden beds and planters.
