Garden Maintenance Crew Lead/Foreman

We are excited to add a Crew Lead/Foreman to our growing Garden Maintenance team! Passionate People, Outstanding Results! Mangold Horticulture is a high-end, full service landscape maintenance company for the Lake Minnetonka area and beyond. We are growing and are interested in adding top level talent to our team! We are looking for someone who can provide the highest level of service and grow to do more in the years to come. This is a full time, year-round position with active snow removal and shop work every week in the winter. We are looking to fill this position right away!

Duties:

Manage and work with assigned team on general garden work weeding and pruning Manage new garden client leads and add on sales for existing clients Manage and operate fertilizer/weed control programs for garden beds Create annual and container plantings plans and implement Manage and work with assigned team on spring and fall cleanups Work with assigned team on snow plowing and shoveling routes

Requirements:

Must have 1-3 years previous Garden Crew Lead/Foreman experience shown on resume Must be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license Have or be willing to get a DOT Medical Card Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Must be available to work full time hours
