Duties Prune trees, shrubs, and flowers to encourage healthy growth and maintain desired shapes. Monitor plant health regularly, identify pests or diseases early, and apply appropriate horticultural treatments. . Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching, weed control, soil conditioning, and seasonal cleanups. Use a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete daily gardening tasks. Collaborate with team members to plan garden layouts or landscape designs that enhance aesthetic appeal. Experience Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance with a strong understanding of plant care principles. Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting is highly desirable. Experience working in greenhouse environments or with greenhouse plant management is bonus. Hands-on experience with landscaping projects involving planting, pruning, soil preparation, and landscape design. Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes as well as power tools like trimmers or blowers safely. Strong understanding of horticultural best practices combined with a passion for sustainable gardening methods.
