About the role:
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist to join our established, physician-owned multispecialty practice. This is a full-time, outpatient-focused role with access to a fully equipped endoscopy suite and integrated primary and specialty care referrals. You will diagnose and manage a broad range of gastrointestinal and hepatologic disorders, with an emphasis on delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat a broad range of gastro and hepatologic disorders in an outpatient setting Perform endo procedures in-clinic or at affiliated ASC suite with appropriate anesthesia support Work closely with PCPs and surgical colleagues to deliver coordinated GI care across TPC Support colorectal cancer screening, IBD management, and liver disease care within a value-based care model Participate in digestive health campaigns and population-based QI initiatives to reduce disease burden Productivity expectations align with MGMA medians Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board certification or eligibility in a relevant specialty Unrestricted Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain) Commitment to equity, kindness, teamwork, and excellent clinical care Benefits Competitive base salary $590,000 $100,000 sign-on bonus, paid in four installments over the first year ($25,000 each) Two-year guaranteed base salary Productivity incentives and value-based bonuses Predictable weekday schedule (no inpatient or call unless noted) Flexible scheduling available for experienced candidates Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k) with match, CME allowance per provider role Annual CME allowance of $5,000 and up to 1 week paid leave Paid malpractice PTO Accrued Annually + Observed holidays (paid) Supported by a dedicated MA and clinical team Partnership opportunity after two years Support for work-life balance and professional development How to Apply Click the "Apply" button below or email your CV to
