General Construction Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and hard-working individual to join our team. This position involves a variety of hands-on construction task, including using shovels, chainsaws, and general construction equipment, as well as assisting with day-to-day site needs. You will be paid weekly. Must have valid driver's license. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation and cleanup, including clearing, grading, and setting up safety barriers Operate hand tools and basic construction equipment safely. Use shovels, chainsaws, post drivers and other equipment as directed. Help with material handling, loading, and unloading. Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately Experience Previous experience working on construction sites or in related roles is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided

Requirements:

No experience required; training will be provided. Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and positive attitude are required. Must be reliable and punctual. Willingness to work outdoors and perform physical labor. Ability to follow safety procedures and directions. Ability to operate hand tools (hammers, saws), power tools (chainsaws, etc), and basic heavy equipment is desirable Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions We are building a team based on respect, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
