Job Summary Join our construction team as a General Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! You will assist in various phases of construction, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of the construction site, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to support framing, roofing, concrete finishing, masonry, and other trades Perform tasks such as drywall installing and trim carpentry Support concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to ensure durable structures Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades preferred but not required Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic construction equipment helpful but not required Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights or in confined spaces This role offers an exciting pathway into the construction industry with opportunities for skill development across multiple trades.
