M Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated General Contractor / Senior Superintendent to oversee commercial tenant improvement and ground-up construction projects ranging from $500K to $2M . The ideal candidate is a hands-on, aggressive leader who can manage field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations for commercial TI and ground-up projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications Enforce safety regulations and maintain OSHA compliance Provide regular progress updates and resolve on-site challenges

Requirements:

5+ years of Superintendent or General Contractor experience in commercial construction Strong experience in tenant improvement (TI) and ground-up projects Proven track record managing projects valued between $500K - $2M Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read blueprints and manage project schedules
