This is not just a management role — we are looking for someone who can: Lead technicians in the field and shop Troubleshoot and repair heavy industrial equipment Build and grow a high-margin service business You will be responsible for turning our installed base into a recurring revenue engine through service, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs. Key ResponsibilitiesField Service Leadership Manage and dispatch field technicians across multiple jobs and locations Troubleshoot and repair pumps, hydraulic systems, and heavy equipment Travel to job sites (mining, dredging, wastewater, industrial sites) Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction Shop Operations Oversee pump assembly, repair, and testing in the shop Manage workflow, scheduling, and technician productivity Ensure quality control and proper documentation Revenue Growth (CRITICAL) Build and expand field service and repair revenue Identify and pursue service opportunities with existing customers Develop preventative maintenance programs and service contracts Work with sales team to convert installs into long-term service relationships Customer Management Serve as primary technical contact for key service customers Diagnose issues and recommend solutions Handle escalations and ensure customer retention Safety & Compliance Enforce safety standards in shop and field Ensure compliance with job site requirements What We're Looking ForExperience 5+ years in: Pump systems (slurry, centrifugal, submersible, hydraulic) OR heavy equipment (excavators, dredging equipment, industrial machinery) Experience managing: Field technicians Shop operations Technical Skills Strong troubleshooting ability (mechanical + hydraulic preferred) Experience with: Pump rebuilds Seal systems Bearings, wear components Ability to read: Blueprints Schematics Business Mindset (THIS
