Job Description

Company Overview Grace Clinic of Yadkin Valley is a free medical clinic dedicated to providing essential healthcare services to adults aged 18 years and older who lack insurance and have limited income. Serving residents Surry, Wilkes, Yadkin, and Alleghany counties, our clinic emphasizes compassionate care, health education, and spiritual support as part of our mission to serve those in need. Job Summary If you are a dentist who wants your work to mean something — not just clinically, but personally —this is the kind of role that changes lives, including your own. Grace Clinic of Yadkin Valley is opening a brand-new dental practice inside our primary care medical office, and we're looking for a dentist who's energized by purpose, community, and genuine work-life balance. You'll work alongside a small, supportive team that believes in whole-person care and sees dentistry as a vital part of overall health. This isn't high-pressure corporate dentistry. It's thoughtful, relationship-based care where you can listen, and help people who truly appreciate you.

Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety during all procedures. Collaborate with team members on complex cases involving oral surgery. Maintain detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options to promote long-term oral health. Experience Proven experience in general dentistry with a focus on patient care and clinical procedures. Familiarity with dental office management software.
