General Dentist Opportunity - Storm Lake, Iowa Established Practice | Mentorship | Future Ownership Potential A thriving, established dental practice in Storm Lake, Iowa is seeking a General Dentist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced dentist looking to continue growing clinically and professionally or a motivated new graduate seeking strong mentorship and long-term opportunity.

Practice Highlights:
7 fully equipped operatories Eaglesoft software Paperless office Mix of adults and pediatric patients PPO/FFS patient base (No Medicaid) Supportive team including: 2 Front Desk 3 Dental Assistants 1 Hygienist (adding more)
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday:
8am-5pm Optional Fridays (half or full day flexibility)
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed salary: $150,000-$175,000 30-35% of collections based on experience Quarterly production bonuses above guarantee PTO + paid holidays Mentorship and growth support Potential future ownership opportunity

Pay:
$200,000.00 - $525,000.00 per year
