General Dentist Location:
Hartwell Full-Time Schedule:
Three (3) clinical days per week (12-hour shifts) No evenings or weekends requiredPosition Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, privately owned practice in Hartwell, Georgia. 1099 Independent Contractor structure Daily guarantee of $1,200-$1,500 for the first 120 days Transition to 30% of collections PPO and fee-for-service patient base 100% company-paid lab fees Established patient base with strong production opportunity Clinical autonomy in a privately owned practice Modern, fully digital practice with advanced technology Supportive, experienced clinical and administrative teamKey Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans Deliver procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canal therapy Interpret radiographs and diagnostic findings to guide treatment decisions Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and post-treatment care Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient scheduling and a positive patient experience Maintain high clinical standards, documentation, and compliance protocolsQualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Georgia dental license (or ability to obtain) Current CPR certification Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Ability to work effectively in a productive clinical environment Commitment to high-quality, ethical, patient-centered carePay:
