We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Personnel to join our team in Moss Landing, CA. This position involves assisting with various warehouse, production, and general labor duties in a fast-paced work environment. Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid Sick Leave (PSL), AD&D Insurance Essential Job Duties Perform general labor and production support duties Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed Support warehouse and production teams with daily tasks Inspect products and materials for quality assurance Work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors Qualifications Previous general labor or warehouse experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Must be dependable, punctual, and motivated to work Work Environment This position may involve working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and conditions. Candidates should be comfortable working in a physically active environment while following all workplace safety standards.
