DESCRIPTION

We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a fast-paced production facility in Moss Landing, CA. This role is responsible for safely operating forklifts and supporting daily warehouse and production operations. Candidates must be comfortable working in a cold environment with strong fish odors and slippery floors while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and efficiency at all times.

Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid Sick Leave (PSL), AD&D Insurance Essential Job Duties Safely operate forklifts to move materials and products throughout the facility Load and unload pallets, shipments, and production materials Transport products between warehouse and production areas Assist with inventory organization and material staging Support production teams with general facility operations as needed Follow all OSHA and company safety regulations Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance issues Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with facility maintenance and additional duties as assigned Work Environment Cold working environment Strong fish odors present throughout the facility Slippery floors in certain production areas Fast-paced production setting Shift schedules and pay rates may be subject to change based on operational needs Job Requirements Previous forklift operating experience preferred Forklift certification preferred;training documentation maintained on-site Ability to lift between 23 35 lbs regularly Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working long shifts Strong attention to safety and workplace procedures Ability to work effectively in a team environment Reliable attendance and punctuality required PPE & Equipment Provided All required PPE is provided, including: Smocks Gloves Safety glasses Face masks Protective sleeves Additional protective equipment as needed Rubber boots are also provided and stored on-site for employee use.
