General Labor Technician

Yard & Line Operator About the Job We're looking for dependable, hard-working people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. This job combines yard work and production line work — you'll be moving materials, operating machines, cleaning equipment, and helping keep the operation running. The work can be hot, wet, and physically demanding. If you take pride in doing a solid day's work and being part of a team that gets things done, this is the job for you. What You'll Do

• Load, unload, and move materials in the yard and production area.
• Operate line equipment and monitor machines during production.
• Feed material into machines and keep the line running smoothly.
• Sort, stack, and organize materials for recycling or re-use.
• Keep the yard and production area clean and safe.
• Inspect and separate bad or damaged materials.
• Perform light maintenance, cleaning, or equipment checks as directed.
• Package finished products and move to staging or storage areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
• Assist with any other general labor or yard duties as needed. What We're Looking For
• Reliable, on time, and ready to work every day.
• No high school diploma needed—just a strong back, good attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly and handle physical, repetitive work.
• Can work in hot, humid, and noisy conditions.
• Willing to work both indoors on the line and outdoors in the yard.
• Takes direction and works well as part of a team.
• Safety focused—keeps self and others protected at all times. Work Conditions
• Hot water work area with heat and moisture from the machines.
• Outdoor yard work in various weather conditions.
• Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift.
• PPE (gloves, boots, hearing and eye protection) required.
