General Laborer

Duties Assist with loading, unloading, and moving tires, tools, and equipment across job sites or facilities Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and tools Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials, mixing substances, or performing basic tasks as directed Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal operation Help with site cleanup and waste disposal to keep the workspace tidy and compliant with safety standards Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Skills Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly and stand for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn Basic understanding of safety procedures and the importance of adhering to safety guidelines Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills to coordinate tasks with team members effectively Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus but not required Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
