General Labor Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer at our auto wrecking facility. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will be versatile, dependable, and comfortable with hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks, ensuring the facility and work areas are tidy and safe. Separate and organize cores, ensuring proper identification and storage. Assist with miscellaneous projects, such as dismantling, sorting, or preparing materials. Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed to complete tasks. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment. Support the team with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to [40] pounds) regularly. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Previous experience in auto wrecking, general labor, or a related field is a plus but not required. Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks. Reliable with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in an auto wrecking environment is an advantage.

Salary:

$17.00-19.00 per hour
