Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable General Laborers to support window assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling windows and related components using materials such as glass, aluminum, vinyl, and hardware to produce high-quality finished products. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining safety, quality, and production standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Job Responsibilities:

Assemble windows and related components according to production specifications Work with materials including glass, aluminum, vinyl, and hardware Follow assembly instructions to ensure product accuracy and quality Maintain production pace to meet daily production schedules and goals Inspect products to ensure they meet company quality standards Handle materials carefully and safely throughout the assembly process Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines Assist with additional production and general labor tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma required Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle various materials Reliable with a strong work ethic.
